Nose to mouth line dermal fillers are commonly used to fill in and smooth out deep wrinkles and lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth, also known as nasolabial folds. 

This treatment can help soften the look of deep lines that form with the aging orocess caused by the muscle ring that is situated around the mouth , commonly known as "smokers lines" but actually it doesn't matter if you smoke or not! This is just a well used muscle that will cause these lines on 90% of people! 

A liquid rhinoplasty, or nonsurgical rhinoplasty, is the injection of dermal fillers into the nose to alter its shape. It's a great option for patients that have isolated deformities of their nose, such as a dorsal hump or minor asymmetries.

Tear trough filler is a cosmetic treatment that involves injecting hyaluronic acid-based filler into the tear trough area, which is the groove between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. This treatment aims to reduce the appearance of dark circles, hollows, and shadows under the eyes by restoring lost volume. It's a non-surgical procedure designed to create a smoother, more refreshed, and youthful appearance

Elective filler dissolving is used to reverse poorly placed, or migrated or unwanted filler. It can also be used to dissolve fillers in those that have changed their mind about the procedure.
However it is important to note that hyaluronidase is an enzyme not a magic potion, and although we commonly refer to it as “dissolving” it does not actually do this. The enzyme acts by breaking the bonds between the hyaluronic acid molecules (both in the filler AND in your own skin). Once the particles are smaller, the body can break the remainder down more easily, however some reminants may remain.

Allergy

Before having an elective dissolve, you will need to undergo an intradermal test to rule out allergy. Anyone with a severe allergy to bee stings (which contain hyaluronidase) should carefully consider having dermal fillers, as they will not be able to dissolve in an emergency or as an elective procedure. The intradermal test takes around 30 minutes, and is usually carried out on your forearm. In an emergency dissolve, intradermal tests are not required.
